I.SOCCER

- Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled based on regular time of play (including any stoppage time added by the referee) excluding extra time and penalty shootouts.

- Extra time prices may be introduced at the end of the scheduled period.

- Where matches are scheduled for play other than under regular time (e.g. Special time periods of play on various tournaments or friendly matches) all bets will be settled at the end of that scheduled time.

- Unless non regular time matches are expressly indicated on the website prior to all football matches, bets taken on such matches will be considered VOID.

- Where less than regular time is played, Our company reserves the right to suspend settlement of all bets for up to 72 hours or such other period necessary pending its verification of the status and outcome of the match. The status of the match shall be determined by reference to the status and outcome [if any] posted on the official website of the sport governing body. If the official website's posted status or outcome is manifestly wrong or where there is no official website or where there is no posted status or outcome on the official website, the company shall use its best endeavours to determine the correct status and outcome of the match. In such cases, the company’s decision on the status and outcome shall be final and all bets shall be settled pursuant to the company’s decision in accordance with the rules stated herein.

Bet Types Offered In Soccer Market Fixed Price 1 X 2

Bets can be made by either selecting a Home Win, a Draw or an Away Win. Bets will be settled at the end of regular time play, excluding extra time and penalties (where applicable).

1 indicates: Home win

X indicates: Draw

2 indicates: Away win

If a match venue is played at neutral ground, the team listed first is deemed the “Home Team” for betting purposes

Odd/Even

Bet on whether the total number of goals within the regular time of play is an "Odd" or "Even" number. Own goals are counted for betting purpose.

Asian Handicap

Handicap line 0

If either team wins by any margin they (the winning team) are to be settled as the winning selection. In the event of a draw all bets are void and stakes are refunded.

Single Handicaps may be entered in multiple wagers. Spilt or Dual Handicaps i.e. 0:0.5 cannot be entered in multiple selections and if taken in error that selected Handicap will be deemed void.

Team giving a ¼ ball start (-0:0.5):

Win by any score- all bets on this selection are winners

Draw – Half the stakes are refunded on this selection. The other half of the stake is classed as a loser.

Loses by any score- All bets on the selection are losers.

Team receiving ¼ ball start (+0:0.5):

Win by any score- all bets on this selection are winners

Draw- Half the stake is settled at the price of the chosen selection. The other half is refunded to the customer.

Loses by any score- All bets on the selection are losers.

Handicap line ½ ball

Team giving a ½ ball start (-0.5):

Win by any score- all bets on this selection are winners.

Draw- all bets on this selection are losers.

Lose by any score- All bets on this selection are losers.

Team receiving a ½ ball start (+0.5):

Win by any score- all bets on this selection are winners.

Handicap line ¾ ball (0.5:1)

Team giving a ¾ ball start (-0.5:1):

Win by 2 or more- all bets on this selection are winners.

Win by exactly 1- Half the stake is settled at the price of the chosen selection. The other half is refunded to the customer.

Draw or lose by any score- All bets on this selection are losers.

Team a receiving a ¾ ball start (+0.5:1):

Draw or win by any score- all bets on this selection are winners.

Lose by exactly 1- Half the stake is refunded to the customer. The other half is classed as a loser.

Lose by 2 or more- all bets on this selection is losers.

Handicap line 1 ball

Team giving a full ball start (-1):

Win by 2 or more- all bets on this selection is winners.

Win by exactly 1- All bets on this selection are void and refunded to the customer.

Draw or lose- all bets on this selection is losers.

Team receiving a full ball start (+1):

Win by any score or draw- all bets on this selection is winners.

Lose by exactly 1- All bets on this selection are void and refunded to the customer.

Lose by 2 or more- all bets on this selection is losers.

The similar scenarios are applied for Handicap Lines 1½ and above.

3 Way Handicap Betting

- Settlement will be at the odds displayed using the actual score in the match adjusted for the handicap. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count.

- E.g. Team A giving handicap -1 in 3 Way Handicap market, the final score for the match within regular time of paly: Team A 2:1 Team B. The result for the 3 Way Handicap will be [Draw].

Over / Under

Over and Under wager (total goals scored) is determined by the game's final score within the regular time of play, comparing it to the handicap rates before a game starts. If the game's final result is above the handicap rates, it is called "Over"; otherwise it is known as "Under".

2 types of Over/Under handicap rates:

a) There is only one over/under handicap rate for the match, for example, "3". (Full sum of the bets are placed on the odds with handicap rate of "3")

b) There are two over/under handicap rates for the match, for example, "2.5/3". (The sum of the bets placed are halved, placing half of the bet amount at handicap rate of 2.5 and half of the bet amount at handicap rate of 3)

1st Half Betting

1st half betting applies to 1st half play ONLY. Bets are settled on the score standing at the end of the scheduled “First Half”, including any added injury time.

If the match was SUSPENDED, ABANDONED, or ABORTED for whatever reasons during the 1st half, all bets placed on 1st half will be considered as VOID.

If the match was SUSPENDED, ABANDONED, or ABORTED for whatever reasons during the 2nd half, all bets placed on 1st half will still be considered as VALID.

2nd Half Betting

2nd half betting applies to 2nd half play ONLY. The score in 1st half will not be included for 2nd half betting. Bets are settled depend on the result start from the 2nd half time till the end of the scheduled regular time of play was ended, including any added injury time.

If the match was SUSPENDED, ABANDONED, or ABORTED for whatever reasons, all bets placed on 2nd half will be considered as VOID.

00:00-30:00 & 00:00-70:00 Minutes Period Betting

Settled on the result at the specified time in the match. E.g. 00:00-30:00 minutes betting is settled on the result in the match of between 00:00-30:00 minutes of play. Any goals scored during on or after 30:01 are excluded. In the event of abandonment before the regular time have been played then all bets will be void unless settlement is already determined.

Double Chance

Bet on 2 of the 3 possible outcomes; home win or draw (1X), away win or draw (X2) or home win or away win (12). Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count.

1 or X - if the result is either a home or draw then bets on this option are winners.

X or 2 - if the result is either a draw or away then bets on this option are winners.

1 or 2 - if the result is either a home or away then bets on this option are winners.

If a match venue is played at neutral ground, the team listed first is deemed the “Home Team” for betting purposes.

Draw No Bet

Bet on the team who will win for the designated match. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count. If the result ended after official regular time of play is DRAW, all bets taken will be refunded.

Half Time / Full Time

Bet on the half time / full time results of a designated match.

Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.

Own goals are counted for betting purposes.

If a match venue is played at neutral ground, the team listed first is deemed the “Home Team” for betting purposes.

If a match venue is changed to away or neutral ground after we begin to offer the odds in the market, all bets placed will be refunded.

Team To Kick Off

Prediction on either Home or Away team to start the match. If a match is abandoned after the whistle blow to kick off, all wagers on team to kick off will stand.

Mix Parlay

From the matches offered in Parlay, members can combine a number of games to form a Parlay bet. Minimum of two selections of games are required to form a Parlay. Parlay calculations are made by taking the wager amount and multiplying it by the rest of the parlay team's odds. If one (or more) selection should fail to win then the Parlay loses. If one (or more) selections should be postponed then the odds for that selection will revert to 1.00 odds.

Correct Score

Bets are made by predicting the correct result or score of a concluded match or event that is offered for betting by the bookmaker. Own goals count. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count. To win CORRECT SCORE UP5, your chosen team (home or away) must win by a goal difference of 5 or more. E.g. 5-0, 6-1, 7-0, 7-1, 7-2

Total Goals

Bet on the total number of goals scored by the two teams within the official regular time play. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.) There are 4 markets price will be offered ranged from 0-1 goal, 2-3 goals, 4-6 goals and 7 & over.

Goal Crazy In Running

Bet on the total number of goals scored by the two teams during LIVE In Running play time. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.)

Home /Away Total Goal (O/U) Including In Running

Bets are settled based on the final score of a Single Team within the official regular time play. If the team’s final score is above the handicap rates, it is called "Over"; if the final score is below the given handicap rates, it is known as "Under". (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.)

Total Team Goals Full Time / Total Team Goals 1st Half Including In Running

Bet on the range of total number of goals scored by the home team or away team within the official regular time play. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.) In the event of a match being abandoned before scheduled regular time play, all bets will be void.

Total Goals Odd/Even

Bets are settled on whether the total number of goals scored within official regular time play will be an odd or an even number. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count. If the total number of goals in a game is zero (i.e. the final score is 0 - 0) then "Even" is considered the winning selection. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.)

Most Goals

Bets are settled on whether 1st half or 2nd half has scored most or both have an equal goal scored within the official regular time play. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.)

Total League (Total Home & Away Team Goals In A Particular League)

Only games played on the named date will count. If one match in the particular league is abandoned or cancelled, all wagers on Total Home and Away team in particular league will be voided.

Market will be offered in Total home and away team goals in a particular league are 1X2, Asian Handicap, Odd/Even and Over/Under Wager. Win/loss determined by the number of goals accumulated by either teams, compared with the fixed price (1X2) or handicap given before the game starts. (Own goals are counted for betting purposes.)

Goals Scorer

Predict the goal scorers in a designated match for the scheduled regular time of play.

The bet will be refunded if the selected player is not played in the match.

The bet stands if the selected player is fielded at any time during the regular time of play.

Own goals and goals scored during Penalty Taken do not count.

Goals Scorer Jersey Number Odd / Even

To predict the total jersey number of the goal scorers whether is odd or even in a designated match for the scheduled regular time of play. Example: If the match has 2 goals scored by 2 different of goal scorers, their jersey number are 10 & 23, 10+23 = 33, the last digit is 3, so the result is ODD. If any goal is an own goal, the shirt number of the scorer of the own goal will count. If the match ended with goalless (0-0) after scheduled 90 minutes play, all bets taken for Goal Scorer Odd/Even (Jersey Number) will be refunded. In the event of a match being abandoned before scheduled regular time play, all bets will be void.

Clean Sheet

Clean sheet refers to a match in which the team referred to has not conceded any goals. Prediction on whether a team's ability to keep a clean sheet within the official regular time play. If a match is abandoned then all bets are void.

Outright

An outright bet is for prices offered on various final outcome scenarios, including:

The final outcome of a competition, i.e. World Cup Champion

The final outcome of a preliminary round, i.e. Group winner in World Cup

The final outcome of a match, i.e. The team that qualifies from a semi-final match to the final, regardless of score, extra-time, penalty kicks or Top scorer in a competition.

All outright bets are settled based on the winning team/player which fits the final outcome as selected by the customer for the competition, tournament, match, etc.

In the event that the team/player starts in the competition, tournament or match, all bets on the team/player will be considered valid.

If for any reason whatsoever the team/player does not start the specific competition, tournament or match, then all outright bets on that team/player will still be considered valid.

Dead Heat rule shall apply to all outright betting.

Postponed or cancelled games will have no bearing on the result. Should the market not be closed due to human or machine error after certain result is apparent, then the company has the right to void all wagers that take advantage of such mistakes.

First Goal / Last Goal / No Goal

Predict the team to score the First and Last goal after the kick-off in a designated match within the official regular time play.

Please note that own goals are counted in favor of the team accredited with the score for the settlement of bets. E.g. Team A vs. Team b, team b scores an own goal to make the score 1-0, the first team to score is Team A.

If a match is abandoned after a goal is scored, all wagers on First goal will stand.

If a match is abandoned after a goal is scored, all wagers on Last goal will be void.

If a match is abandoned without any goal, all bets on the First, Last and No Goal will be refunded.

First To Score / Last To Score / Next To Score In Running

Predict which team will be the First team to score, Last team to score and Next team to score during LIVE In Running play time. Rules of First Goal & Last Goal shall be applied.

Both To Score

Bet on the both teams will score a goal or not. There will be 2 options available, Yes/No. All bets placed are based on the regular time of play excluding extra time and penalty shoot-out. In the event of a match being abandoned after both teams have scored then bets placed on Yes will be settled as winners and bets placed on No as a loser. Otherwise, if the match is postponed or abandoned without both teams scoring, all bets will be void.

Time of First Goal

Predict the minute of time for the first goal scored for the particular match in scheduled regular time play. All bets are settled according to the live broadcast time. We will not consider the time of goal or any information of goal scored shown on ANY live score websites as evidence for disputes. If the match is suspended or abandoned before the first goal scored, all bets placed will be considered void. If the match is suspended or abandoned after the first goal scored then bets will be valid. The company refunds all bets on games with the final result 0:0.

First Happened

FIRST CORNER – To predict the team who awarded the First Corner after the kick-off in a designated match within the scheduled regular time play.

FIRST GOAL KICK - To predict the team who awarded the First Goal Kick after the kick-off in a designated match within the scheduled regular time play.

FIRST BOOKING - To predict the team to receive the first yellow card or red card (professional foul) in the designated match within the regular time of play. In the event of two or more players receiving a booking for the same incident, then the player who is shown the first card by the referee will be deemed the outcome. The cards shown to non-player (e.g. substitute/ reserve, manager or coach) do not count. If the match is abandoned after the first booking is received, all bets on First Booking will stand.

FIRST SUBSTITUTION - To predict which of the two teams will make their first player substitution in the designated match within the regular time of play. In the event of more than two players being substituted at the same time, the player number that is shown first by the 4th Official will be deemed the outcome. If the match is abandoned after first substitution has been made, all bets on First Substitution will stand. If the match is abandoned before any substitution has been made, all bets on First Substitution will be refunded.

FIRST OFFSIDE - To predict the team to make the first offside in the designated match within the regular time of play. If the match is abandoned after the first offside, all bets on First Offside will stand. If the match is abandoned before any offside is made, all bets on First Offside will be refunded.

FIRST TRHOW IN - To predict the team to make the first throw in of the ball in the designed match within the regular time of play. If the match is abandoned after the first throw in, all bets on First Throw In will stand. If the match is abandoned before first throw in made, all bets on First Throw In will be refunded.

FIRST FREE KICK - To predict the team being awarded the first free kick in the designed match within the regular time of play. If the match is abandoned after the first free kick, all bets on First Free Kick will stand. If the match is abandoned before first free kick awarded, all bets on First Free Kick will be refunded.

Last Happened

LAST CORNER - To predict the team who awarded the Last Corner in a designated match within the regular time of play.

LAST GOAL KICK - To predict the team who awarded the Last Goal Kick in a designated match within the regular time of play.

LAST BOOKING - To predict which of the two teams is being awarded the Last Booking in a designated match within the regular time of play. In the event of two or more players receiving a booking for the same incident, then the player who is shown the last card by the referee will be deemed the outcome.

LAST SUBSTITUTION - To predict which of the two teams will make their last player substitution in the designated match within the regular time of play.

LAST OFFSIDE - To predict which of the two teams to make the last offside in the designated match within the regular time of play.

LAST TRHOW IN - To predict which of the two teams will make the first throw in of the ball in the designed match within the regular time of play.

LAST FREE KICK - To predict which of the two teams being awarded the last free kick in the designed match within the regular time of play.

If the designated match is abandoned or suspended, all bets on LAST HAPPENED will be refunded.

Time of First Happened

To predict the minute of time for first happened (i.e. corner, goal kick, throw in etc.) in a designated match within the regular time of play.

Total Number of Corner Kick Including In Running

Total Corners is similar to Handicap and Over/Under Wager. Win/loss is determined by the number of corners of both teams, then comparing with the handicap given before the game start.

The company will settle bets for the designated match according to the LIVE results through the LIVE broadcast from satellite TV.

Corners awarded but not taken do not count. All bets placed are based on the regular time play excluding extra time.

Penalty Taken Including In Running

To predict on a penalty that is being awarded and taken in within the regular time of play.

Penalty awarded but not scored are counted for betting purpose.

If a match is abandoned after the penalty is awarded and taken, all wagers on penalty taken will be considered valid.

If a match is abandoned before the penalty is awarded and taken, all wagers on penalty taken will be voided.

Red Card Taken Including In Running

To predict 1 or more red card that is being awarded within the regular time of play.

If a match is abandoned after there is a red card awarded, all wagers on red card taken will be considered valid.

If a match is abandoned before a red card awarded, all wagers on red card taken will be voided.

Total Number of Bookings Including In Running

The company will settle bets for the designated match according to the LIVE results through the LIVE broadcast from satellite TV.

Any cancellation or additional card made after the regular time of play finished will not take effect.

Cards shown to non-players (e.g. managers or substitutes who play no subsequent part in the game) do not count towards the total.

Total Bookings is similar to Handicap and Over/Under Wager. Win/loss is determined by the number of yellow cards or red cards accumulated by both teams, compared with the Over/Under handicap given before the game starts.

Booking Points are calculated as:

(i) 1 yellow card = 1 point

(ii) 1 red card = 2 points

The maximum points count per player is 3 points; 1 point for 1st yellow card and 2 points for red card, the 2nd yellow card will not be counted.

Bets placed on 1st Half Total Bookings are based on the 1st Half of regular time play only.

Total Number of Substitutions

The Total Number Substitution result is decided by the total number of substitution of Home/Away teams that are made within the designated match. If the match is abandoned within the regular time of play, all bets on Total Number of Substitutions will be refunded.

Total Injury Time Added

Bets will be settled base on the total (1st Half and 2nd Half) Injury time (stoppage time) added according to the official announcement. Odd/Even and Over/Under will be offered in this market. Bets placed on 1st Half are only based on the 1st Half Injury Time announced by the official. Extra-time and penalties shoot-out do not count.

Period Betting - Specific 15 Minutes O/U

T-The period betting - Specific 15 Minutes O/U means betting that is determined by the total number of points (goals, corners, games, cards etc.) at the end of every 15th minute time of a match.

- If the total is more than the O/U pre-designated line then the winning result is Over; if the total is less than the O/U pre-designated line then the winning result is Under.

- Bets will be settled on the result at the specified time in the match. Example: If there is a goal scored on 60:15, the goal is not counted for the specific 15 Minutes O/U (45:01-60:00).

- For the Specific 15 Minutes O/U, bets are settled on the exact time the goal is scored (ball crossing the goal line) as shown by the clock as published in the live broadcast.

- For Specific 15 minutes O/U of BOOKINGS & CORNERS, the relevant rules in TOTAL BOOKINGS & TOTAL CORNERS shall be applied.

- For the Specific 15 Minutes O/U of BOOKINGS & CORNERS, the total number of bookings awarded (YELLOW or RED CARD being shown by the referee) and for number of corners (corners taken), bets are settled on the exact time as shown by the clock as published in the live broadcast.

- If a match is suspended or abandoned, then bets placed on UNFINISHED Specific 15 Minutes O/U will be considered void. If the designated Specific 15 Minutes O/U are completed then bets will be valid.

Penalty Shoot Out (O/U & Handicap) In Running

Handicap: - Penalty Handicap result includes sudden death.

Over/Under: - Penalty Over/Under result should only include the first 5 kicks from each team, does not include sudden death.
